Brandon joined Haley & Olson in January 2006. Prior to joining Haley & Olson, he practiced law with Quilling, Selander, Cummiskey & Lownds in Dallas, Texas.
Brandon has extensive experience in representing construction companies in construction defect cases, both in Texas and nationwide. He also has represented both policy holders and insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes and insurance bad faith litigation involving workers’ compensation, and personal and commercial insurance policies.
He is experienced in representing individuals, corporations, and other business entities in general commercial matters including commercial litigation and employment litigation issues.
He was admitted to the Texas Bar in November 2001 and is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.

Born September 1, 1974 in Longview, Texas
Brandon and his wife Elizabeth reside in Waco, Texas with their three children. They are members of Harris Creek Baptist Church where they lead an equipping class of young married couples and participate in a Life Group. He and his wife founded Project Restoration Ministry in 2008 and enjoy working with engaged and newly married couples. They also enjoy entertaining in their home and spending time with friends and family.
