Josh White joined Haley & Olson, P.C. in March 2005. Before attending law school, Josh held a variety of positions at Wells Fargo Financial including credit manager, assistant branch manager, and branch manager.
Josh represents a number of banking, construction and general business clients and primarily handles claims involving breach of contract, Articles 2, 3, 4, 5 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code; mechanic's lien and payment bond matters; and other general commercial, business and construction-related matters.
Josh also serves a supportive role in the firm's business transactions practice including support to merger and acquisition transactions.
